Our clients may terminate their agreement with us by delivering a written notice of cancellation. The delivery needs to be in mail form, either by paper or digital email.

All payments made to Byrd Sound Productions are non-refundable. However, with a written notice submitted at least thirty days prior to their event, the client may apply all payments to a rescheduled date within one year of the date of the cancellation, subject to availability.  Events can be postponed once without penalty, and all subsequent postponements will incur a $200 re-scheduling fee. Furthermore, If the starting time of your event is delayed because of circumstances beyond the control of Byrd Sound Productions, such as hazardous weather, poor road conditions, acts of God, war, fire, or any uncontrollable reasons; Byrd Sound Productions will attempt to fulfill the agreement by adjusting the performance time, in order to provide rendered services as agreed upon.
